Elements Primer

Elements Primer is a permanent white milky liquid that is used to prime the fired unglazed ceramic surface to prepare it for any one of the Elements sealers. Although the Primer is a milky colour, it does not not alter the colour of the ceramic surface. It prepares the unglazed fired surface much like a primer on a plastered wall does before the paint is applied. It drastically reduces the porosity of the clay and as a result the unglazed fired ceramic surface absorbs less of the expensive liquids without reducing the effect.
It is recommended to use this under all the Elements sealers and varnish.

Unglazed surface sealed with Elements Earth: An industrial strength nano-technology permanent coating.
Elements Earth is a natural food safe solution with anti-bacterial properties for use on any smooth unglazed fired ceramic surface. Due to it’s unique chemical formulation, it forms a highly durable layer that protects delicate surface treatments like prints made with plant material on ceramics. This product chemically bonds with the ceramic surface and once dry forms a low sheen, matt 3d matrix on the surface. It is highly water repellant, oil and fat repellent and anti-bacterial. It is also alkali, acid , alcohol and chemical resistant and has a high UV resistance as well.
